Do we book appointments?

We work on a first come first served basis.

Will you remove the wheel from my car?

We will dismount the tire but we will need the wheel off the vehicle.

Can we give estimates over the phone?

We do our best to provide you with an accurate estimate but the actual cost
cannot be determined until the tire is dismounted and a technician has
spun and assessed your rim.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We offer one year warranty against peeling and flaking (We are not responsible for
normal wear and tear such as rock chips or bends and cracks).

Can you refinish chrome wheels?

Only the backsides of the wheels can be repaired.

Do you provide loaner wheels?

No, we do not provide loaner wheels.

Do you repair steel wheels?

Yes, but generally it is more cost effective to replace the wheel.

What does OEM mean?

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. When referring to auto parts and products, OEM refers to the manufacturer of the original equipment.
